Richard, you appear to have Samuel Rockwood, son of Timothy Rockwood, born in Holliston, MA in your tree. If so, you have the wrong Samuel Rockwood. Both of Timothy Rockwood's two sons named Samuel died in early childhood and neither had descendants. The Samuel Rockwood who served in the Revolutionary War who died and is buried in Bennington, VT was born in Ashfield, MA. I can send you .jpg of the source that I found this in at the Sutro Library, San Francisco, CA if you provide your e-mail via private message to me.
Please provide at least a birth or death location estimate rather than leaving both locations blank. This helps disambiguate people since we have a global tree, locations help distinguish one profile of the same name from another. Even an estimate such as a continent, e.g., Europe or North America, is better than blank. Please read more here. Please explain the rationale for your estimate in a = = Research Notes = = section.
In the case of Mary, you indicated a source of Salem County Records. If that refers to Salem, Massachusetts, then it is likely Mary died in the New England area.
Thanks, I have added her info to father Benjamin's profile. I have messaged the profile manager for the profile for an Elizabeth Shattuck to see if it is the same person.

I work on New Sweden profiles and was asked to respond to your comments Israel Helm. The first Israel Helm died in 1702; we have his will.
The 1729 marriage record you reference is for a later man with the same name; I do not yet know how they are related. There is a record for Israel and Mary's daughter Mary and her kids in Trinity Episcopal Woolwich, all born 1765-1772. If you want to create profiles for this family and need help with sources, let me know. For some reason I can't post a copy of the link to Ancestry here, so let me know if you are interested in taking this further.
Congratulations on making more than 1,000 contributions to WikiTree for the Month of May. We all appreciate your efforts to make our Shared Tree the best it can be. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!

Just a reminder that, per the Honor Code we collaborate on a single shared tree, and thus do not intentionally create Duplicate Profiles.
I have proposed merge for James Whitten (-1732) and his spouses. You may want to check that you have not created other duplicates.
Thanks for creating pre-1700 profile Mary (Denn) Oakford (abt.1675-bef.1706).
